Materials and Methods : Medical apps, developed in Korea, were classified by bottom-up and top-down trategy. Bottom-up strategy classified apps by the similarity of their functions and applied fields, which were registered in App Store and T-Store. Top-down strategy followed the classification method of mHealth Initiative, which was presented in "The 12 mHealth Application Clusters".

Conclusion: More systematic effort and investment to develop medical apps and system infrastructure are required to vitalize their medical application in Korea.
